Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic audits and reviews; prepare and complete gap analysis and audit plans; identify and resolve problems; complete audits; determine system improvements; develop and implement quality management systems, and possible training of client staff.
Validate supplier quality management processes utilizing established procedures for validating client procedures; document evidence; determine operational and performance qualification; write and update quality assurance procedures.
Maintain and improve quality by completing inspections compliance assessments, and staff interview; collaborating with other members of management to develop new means, methods, and training procedures.
Plan and participate in visits to various field, offsite, vendor, manufacturing facilities, and office locations.
