We are seeking a Head of Project Engineering to join an established specialist design and engineering business, to take ownership, manage and provide technical support to the delivery of projects in the Rail sector. 

Head of Project Engineering - Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and support the Project Engineering team
Responsible for resource planning to ensure projects have the correct skill set brought to bear
Contribute directly to projects, ensure customer and business requirements are met throughout the project
Ensure full compliance to all relevant legal, safety and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice
Allocate and manage engineering resources
