We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Production to own the Production Operations — from incident response to platform resilience — across application and infrastructure layers.

About the role

The Head of Production owns all customer-facing RUN execution at Wyden. This role is responsible for ensuring that production environments, deployments, support operations, documentation, and operational controls are stable, predictable, and scalable as the business grows.

The Head of Production sits within Customer Success / Operations department, works in close partnership with Technology, and acts as the single accountable owner for RUN — protecting Engineering capacity so Tech teams can stay focused on BUILD and roadmap delivery.

This is a hands‑on operational leadership role, not a platform architecture or product development role, but deep understanding of cloud architecture, software development, SDLC and ITIL are needed.
