**The Team:** The Product Performance group manages the operational framework for the entire product organization within MI’s Enterprise Solutions. This team designs and manages the processes, data analytics, and tool ecosystems that enable our product teams to build, launch, and scale enterprise solutions effectively and consistently. Comprised of the Product Delivery and Product Operations teams, we are the driving force behind the delivery of superior solutions for our customers.

**Responsibilities & Impact:** As the Head of Product Performance, you will directly influence how our products go to market and perform.
