Lead Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies both centralized and decentralized aligned with the company’s overall objectives as well as project-specific goals and timelines.
Supply Chain Management: Manage end-to-end supply chain process and activities including tendering, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, logistics and administration.
Strategic Sourcing: Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for raw materials, consumables, construction materials, mining and processing equipment and services across projects.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with EPC/EPCM contractors, OEMs, suppliers, vendors and service providers. Secure competitive pricing, favourable terms and conditions and delivery schedules and reliability.
