Provides leadership in site-based planning to develop a school model that supports the mission, beliefs, and goals of Emirates National Schools and continually improves learning for students.
Leads site-based planning for KG, Primary, Boys, and Girls programs, ensuring individualized plans that meet or exceed academic standards and support advanced students in line with ENS mission.
Provides school-site leadership in curriculum implementation, instructional strategy development, assessment design, and school improvement based on data analysis and research.
Supervises and directs Kindergarten, Primary, and Boys/Girls school vertical curriculum and instruction articulation with multi‑grade teams.
Establishes vertical staff articulation meetings with counterpart heads of school for seamless curriculum delivery and instructional planning under principal and campus director guidance.
