Position Overview
To lead and manage the Planning Department . This role establishes robust scheduling, project controls, and reporting frameworks to ensure all large-scale projects are delivered on time, within contract compliance, and optimized for risk and resource management.
Key Responsibilities 1. Planning & Project Controls Leadership - Establish and enforce planning standards, governance, and performance measurement systems across all projects.
- Oversee the development and approval of baseline schedules, recovery plans, and revised programs.
- Monitor portfolio progress, analyze schedule performance, and proactively identify bottlenecks.
2. Delay Analysis & Claims Support - Oversee the preparation of delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) submissionsli>
