• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in marketing/media, sales, business development, or consulting.
• 5 years of experience with people management, leading and developing a business team, and managing geographically dispersed teams.
• 5 years of experience working cross‑functionally and developing business strategies.

• Experience in online sales, business development, and digital advertising sales/marketing.
• Proven ability to understand stakeholder motivations, allowing you to influence key decision‑makers to devise and scale business strategies.
