Hadley Designs is seeking a Director of Performance Media to lead the strategy and growth of our Shopify and TikTok Shop platforms. You will own the P&L and be responsible for driving revenue growth by optimizing traffic, managing ad creatives, and leading a cross-functional ecommerce team.

The ideal candidate has extensive DTC ecommerce experience, particularly with Shopify, and a track record of achieving significant revenue targets. You will operate in a fully remote environment and contribute to shaping the future of children's education.
