Strategic People & Organizational Development:
Translate business strategy into a forward-looking people and organizational development strategy that fosters a high-performance culture. Design and execute global initiatives to support ZEISS and MED Agenda 2030. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure and enhance organizational performance. Talent & Leadership Development:
Take overall responsibility for the strategic deployment and continuous development of the global MED talent pipeline. Partner with executive leaders to identify, develop, and retain talents across different leadership levels.
