As the Head of People Development & Learning Activation for SAPMENA Zone, you’ll lead the charge in creating a culture of continuous learning and growth across the region. Reporting to the People Development & Learning Director, you’ll co‑create and implement a comprehensive People Development & Learning (PD&L) strategy that reflects global L’Oréal principles, zone priorities, and local market nuances.

A Day in the Life

• Drive People Development Initiatives: Lead onboarding, mentoring, coaching, strengths‑based development, and skills enhancement programs to improve the employee journey and engagement.
• Activate Learning at Scale: Design and execute impactful learning activations across the zone, ensuring alignment with global and local priorities.
• Champion Storytelling: Build compelling narratives to position SAPMENA as the best place to grow, both internally and externally, enhancing employer branding.
