We are currently in the process of applying for the MPI license under MAS, while building a scalable compliance framework to support high-volume gaming transactions and future payment gateway services.

As part of this expansion, we are looking for a Compliance Head to lead and manage the compliance team, oversee regulatory matters, and support the company’s licensing and long-term compliance strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end MAS licence application.
2. Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including AML/CFT framework and Compliance policies & SOPs.
3. Act as primary liaison with MAS during review process.
4. Establish full compliance program:
   • KYC / CDD / EDD procedures
   • Transaction monitoring rules (gaming wallets, top-ups, withdrawals)
   • Sanctions screening
5. Draft internal policies aligned with MAS AML/CFT Notices.
