ROLE SUMMARY

The Head of Operations plays a central and cross‑functional role at Galiena. You will oversee the end‑to‑end supply chain, drive off‑trade sales strategy, manage financial and administrative oversight, and support marketing and educational initiatives. This is a hands‑on leadership position that requires both strategic thinking and operational rigour, in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Logistics

• Oversee the full supply chain: procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
• Ensure compliance with Singapore import/export regulations and customs requirements
• Optimise stock levels to balance supply and demand efficiently
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and logistics partners for timely, cost‑effective deliveries
