Our client, a growing third‑party logistics (3PL) provider operating within the non‑food sector, is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimise multi‑site warehouse and logistics operations. This role carries full accountability for operational performance, service delivery, cost control, and people leadership across a diverse customer portfolio.

The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, standardisation, and continuous improvement while ensuring high service levels in a fast‑paced, contract logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
