Position Overview
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the development and execution of the operational risk strategy across global trading and operational activitiesManaging and developing an international operational risk team, driving collaboration and continuous improvementOverseeing incident management processes, including investigations, root cause analysis, and lessons learned reportingDeveloping and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs), governance reporting, and operational risk metrics for senior managementPartnering with stakeholders across the business to strengthen controls, improve processes, and support risk-aware decision making You will need to have the following experience:
