As Head of New Component Operations, you will lead the overall direction of our manufacturing organization at the Winston Technology Center. Your role will focus on the production of new components for large generators, directly supporting the operational goals of Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division.

To meet these objectives, the role focuses on three core areas: strategic and operational leadership, production and resource management, and a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
