This role will oversee membership across both Maison Estelle and our newest opening, Celeste in Notting Hill, helping shape the future of two of London's most exciting private members' clubs.

About the Role

As Head of Membership, you will lead the membership strategy, growth and member experience across Maison Estelle and Celeste.

Reporting to the Group Director of Memberships, you will be responsible for driving membership acquisition, engagement and retention, whilst leading a high-performing membership team and acting as a visible ambassador for our community.
