Platform Strategy & Partner Leadership
+ Develop and execute a global platform strategy that positions Newegg as the marketplace of choice for merchants and brands across key regions.
+ Drive seller acquisition by identifying high-potential merchant segments and creating compelling onboarding and engagement programs.
+ Build and nurture data-driven relationships with strategic sellers, suppliers, and ecosystem partners to expand assortment and enhance platform performance.
+ Lead partnership negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms while fostering long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
+ Establish governance frameworks for partner onboarding, support, performance tracking, and continuous engagement.
