Formulate & implement strategies and manage projects to achieve AMEA growth objectives with alignment to global aspirations & strategies
Review development strategy to optimise product portfolio, prepare launch plans as required to support specific sector businesses on a country by country basis, ensure effective post launch activities to maximize growth, evaluate new opportunities, review channel/KAM strategy to maximize effectiveness.
Manage and deliver SG turf sales budget & guide Singapore Turf technical sales Manager as his/her people manager.
