Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 USD + Performance Bonus

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be responsible for leading PHIX’s global marketing and e-commerce operation.

You will oversee all major marketing functions including e-commerce, performance marketing, influencer marketing, social media, creative production, content, customer retention, launch strategy and agency management.

You should have excellent knowledge of Meta, Google and wider paid media platforms, with the ability to understand performance data, challenge ppc managers, identify opportunities and ensure marketing spend is being used effectively. You do not need to be a hands-on media buyer every day, but you must be commercially sharp enough to know what good performance looks like and how to push each channel forward.
