About the Role We are a profitable, digital-first personal care brand (moisturizers, sunscreens, and more) selling across Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, our own website, and quick-commerce channels. We are scaling fast, with omni channel expansion on the horizon. Awareness and consideration are our biggest growth levers right now. Our content, social, and influencer efforts run in parallel but lack a single owner to connect them, hold the brand line, and decide what we say and where we show up. This role is that owner with full approval authority after an initial alignment period. This is not a conversion or retention role. Website CRO, Performance and retention are owned separately. Your mandate is brand, content strategy, social, and influencer top and middle of funnel. What You'll Own 1.
