Join Home Instead and help shape and deliver our exceptional live-in care services for older adults.
Manage and support live-in clients and support the Head of Live in People Experience
Complete consultations, assessments, care plans & risk assessments
Maintain accurate digital records
Carry out client reviews and follow-up actions
Build relationships with clients, families & professionals
Coordinate live-in introductions and handovers
Promote services locally & online to grow client base
Support recruitment and participate in on-call rota
Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications
About You
Experience in live-in careΒ or similar role (preferred)
Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role
