The candidate will oversee all legal and secretarial matters of the Group pertaining to the organisation’s business strategy and operations. This includes safeguarding the organisation’s interest, provide legal leadership and maintaining a robust legal framework.
Draft, analyse and negotiate contracts, agreements, and all other types of legal documents.
Participate in meetings, discussions and negotiations on legal matters and business dealings including due diligence, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and financing.
Liaise with external solicitors on all legal matters involving the organisation.
Provide advisory on a broad range of legal topics and managing queries from various internal stakeholders, ensuring that the company’s interests are protected from a legal standpoint.
Identify, evaluate and resolve legal issues in contracts, litigation, and other commercial matters.
