The Head of Learning for Wealth & US Consumer Cards – Managing Director (MD) is a senior leader responsible for formulating and leading the learning and development strategy specifically for the Wealth and US Consumer Cards (USCC) businesses. As a member of the Global Learning & Development Leadership Team, this role will advise on and implement learning opportunities that are directly aligned with business strategy and priorities, and partner closely with senior business, Human Resources (HR), Talent, and Learning colleagues to achieve desired results, ensuring employees are prepared for success both today and in the future.

This position reports to the Head of Learning (Chief Learning Officer) and works in close partnership with both Senior Human Resource Officers and Executive Management for the Wealth and USCC businesses/functions.
