Create a multidisciplinary team in charge of market analysis and product strategy
Ensure global cooperation and alignment with cross functional stakeholders and subsidiaries to secure shared planning and action plans with mutual understanding at a global and regional level
Frame and implement mid and long-term strategy for LCV business across the region
Effectively manage multidisciplinary team members: Plant, Product, Marketing, Sales & Aftersales, Finance and Legal to define conditions and ensure cross functional alignment to achieve organizational performance and operational excellence
Set up and build regional Sales Channels, Networks, and After-Service strategy
