Position Summary

The Head of Jazz leads the strategic direction, growth, and quality of the Jazz department. This role balances artistic leadership with operational management, ensuring strong enrolment, high teaching standards, and a clear pathway from recreational to competitive training. The HOD works closely with the Director and leadership team to build a thriving, disciplined, and inspiring dance environment.

• Drive enrolment and retention across all Jazz regular classes
• Monitor class sizes and implement strategies to improve attendance
