This role is focused on originating, developing, and closing relationships with high‑value capital allocators , primarily family offices and ultra‑high‑net‑worth investors. The ideal candidate is a proven rainmaker with a strong track record of raising significant capital and bringing their own network to the platform.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and manage direct relationships with:
  • Family offices
  • Ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals (UHNWI)
  • Sophisticated private investors and capital allocators
• Originate and convert new investor relationships into active allocations on the platform
• Lead allocator conversations from first contact through allocation decision
• Own and continuously develop a high-quality pipeline of new capital sources (not existing/internal leads)
