Ensure full Shari'ah compliance across products, operations, and practices, providing guidance in line with ISSC resolutions and approved standards.

Strengthen internal Shari'ah control frameworks and governance structures.

Liaise closely with the Internal Shari'ah Supervisory Committee.

Communicate ISSC resolutions to the Internal Shari'ah Control Division, Internal Shari'ah Audit Division and other relevant departments across the Company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Shari'ah or a relevant specialization
• Professional certification in Shari'ah supervision and/or Takaful insurance from a recognized Islamic finance body (e.g., AAOIFI, CIBAFI)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Islamic financial institutions
• At least 5 years of experience in Shari'ah supervision within Takaful insurance companies
• Excellent command of English and Arabic
