Position Overview

Purpose of Role
Lead, manage and develop State Street Investment Management (SSIM) Intermediary business in Japan, providing ETF and Unlisted product solutions to this important client segment.
The focus of this role will be to develop a comprehensive business plan to build & develop the intermediary business in Japan with considerations including: addressable market opportunities, resourcing requirements, regulatory requirements, marketing requirements, product requirements.
Asset Managers : segment includes Fund Managers (Single and Multi-Asset Class), Buy-side and Sell-side Trading Desks, Hedge Funds
Financial Intermediaries: segment includes Regional Banks, Traditional Brokers and securities firms, Retail online broking platforms, Robo Advisors, Independent Financial Advisors (IFA), and Other Retail Aggregators.
