We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Head of Insurance Proposition.**

**In this role you will:**

+ Define and champion the global vision and strategy for Insurance Proposition, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational goals
+ Develop wealth insurance strategies and business plan to support strategic priorities of the company
+ Maintain competitive wealth insurance offering and to increase wealth insurance distribution revenue and penetration in collaboration with Wealth and Global Insurance teams, aligned to WPS strategy
