Head of Information and Data (Information Systems) Introduction Harmony Gold Mining Company is recruiting a Head of Information and Data to lead the organisation's data strategy and unlock the value of its data assets. This role drives innovation through advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning while ensuring strong governance, data quality, and compliance across the enterprise. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred). Minimum 5+ years' senior leadership experience in data management, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives. Deep expertise in: Data architecture and cloud computing. Machine learning and AI implementation. Data governance and data privacy regulations.
