Lead HR for a growing manufacturing setup
Were looking for a hands-on Head - HR to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on statutory compliance and factory HR management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
- Manage factory HR operations (attendance, shifts, discipline)
- Handle employee relations & grievances
- Lead a small HR team and drive execution
- Manage hiring and onboarding
- Build and streamline HR processes and SOPs
- Support audits and ISO compliance
What You Bring
