An opportunity for a Head of Human Resources to join FCMS!

• Contract – Permanent
• Location – Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 4EW
• Salary – £55,000 to £60,000 a year Depending on experience

Main duties of the role

The ideal candidate will be able to support our strategic direction and be hands-on, ensuring that HR processes are streamlined, legally compliant, and support a positive employee experience to our 800+ employed workforce.

You will have the opportunity to influence our HR strategy and lead a dedicated HR team of 9 people, consisting of two HR Business Partners, two People Managers and a fabulous team of HR and Recruitment specialists.
