The Greater Change, based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Head of Human Resources (HR) to lead HR functions across various sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR leadership experience within facilities management, hospitality, and construction. This role offers a salary range of AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 per month.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and proven abilities in employee relations and workforce management are essential. The position includes overseeing HR strategy, compliance, and service delivery to enhance employee engagement across the UAE.
