Job Scope
Being the People Partner to the Senior leadership team in Thailand, working with the business line to deliver people function support to achieve their overall targets and business plans. Being responsible for HR Engagement and Retention.Working directly with Business partners in Thailand (Direct Subordinates) and direct report to the Head of People SEA.Working directly with the head of the Business line (focus on the commercial side) to support the business and co-working with the HR team in Thailand Team (TA, L&D) anthe d regional team.
