Work effectively with the Management Group and Senior Leadership Team to help develop and deliver corporate plans

Oversight and delivery of the day-to-day operational HR service
Oversee, support, and guide all operational HR processes
Lead on recruitment
Ensure policies/procedures and up to date in line with corporate culture and wider legislation
Work effectively with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues in a legally compliant, compassionate, and timely manner
Support Line Managers through a Business Partnering style of relationship
Strong experience as a senior HR professional and CIPD qualified - L7 as a minimum
