SCOPE OF JOB

The Head of Hard Luxury is responsible for partnering with the Store Manager to successfully run all aspects of the business in his/her departments including building sales, team management, identifying opportunities and client development via CRM and services initiatives and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct interviews and participate in the recruitment of the team.
• Daily supervision of the team (coaching, training, organizing morning briefs and assisting in achieving sales objectives).
• Assess team members, identify talent, and conduct development or improvement plans when needed.
