Performance Marketing (50%): Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta and other channels. Manage budgets, optimize campaigns hands-on, run A/B tests, and drive down CAC while scaling spend. You are expected to be in the ad accounts daily, not reviewing dashboards from a distance.
Content Strategy & Optimization (30%): Oversee all content production - blog, social, video, landing pages. Review content performance data, refresh underperforming assets, and ensure content drives pipeline. You don't need to write every piece, but you steer what gets made and how it performs.
Partnerships, Events & Community (20%): Build and manage partnerships with complementary platforms, agencies, and influencers. Plan and execute events (webinars, meetups, conferences). Grow Zaapi's community presence across target markets.
