The Opportunity

This is the operating governance role for the Growth organization. You will own the rhythms, governance, and high-touch customer programs that make Growth feel like a single, predictable machine — from OKR cadence to strategic account governance to the customer-facing events (CAB, Cultivate, reference programs) that define how Eightfold shows up for its most important customers.
