The Greenpeace International (GPI) People & Culture (P&C) Department seeks a Head of Greenpeace International Staff to lead the People & Culture functions across the organisation, championing employee experience and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GPI Staff Team in delivering high quality, timely support, fostering collaborative partnerships and driving process improvements.
• Oversee a team comprising P&C Business Partners, the Employee Experience Team Lead, and the Facilities Manager to ensure effective delivery of People & Culture services and initiatives.
• Implement the P&C Purpose Statement and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion principles while managing the development and compliance of People & Culture strategies, policies, and procedures.
