Position Overview

 HEAD OF FINANCE
Robert Half are proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner to a growing, property holdings group, that have strong financial backing.
They now look to recruit a Head of finance / Finance Director, reporting directly into the MD, and managing a team of two accountants. This is a pivotal role that oversees the accurate production of the statutory and management accounts, leads VAT and corporation tax and is the finance business partner to the leadership team.
Duties:
Responsible for all financial aspects of the running the business finances
Up-date maintain and develop current accounting system and reports as required to meet the Company's current and future needs
Prepare major project cost reports monthly for reconstruction projects
Run monthly accounts and consolidated management accounts
Management accounts for each division (Trust/Estate)
