The Head of Finance will lead the financial strategy, performance and governance of the retail division. Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Group CFO, the Head of Finance provides actionable insights, supports decision making and drives data‑led financial management to enable long‑term value creation.

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals for retail operations.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring.

Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, new retail projects and expansion plans for ROI and strategic fit.

Implement cost optimisation, pricing strategies and margin improvement initiatives across retail channels.

Oversee accounting, reporting, treasury and compliance for retail units.
