Your mission

We are looking for a Head of Finance & Controlling to lead and further develop finance, accounting, controlling and risk management for a nationwide retail organization with strong growth ambitions.

In this role, you are a trusted financial advisor to senior management and the Board, and a key contributor to strategic and operational decision‑making as part of the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for finance, accounting, controlling, cash and risk management
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and high-quality monthly reporting
• Drive profit-oriented business steering through strong analysis, KPIs and insights
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory and group requirements
