About the Role
As part of the Resorts leadership team, it will be your responsibility to manage both your internal teams and external service providers to ensure planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standards. Covering all facilities at the resort including all entertainment venues, pools, restaurants, rides, and landscape areas. This role requires co-ordination and control to deliver a prompt, efficient and high-quality service. Ensuring the resort complies with all current statutory legislation, whilst actively looking to implement processes / procedures to help make improvements where necessary. You should be a real advocate for your teamβs fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 's and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlinβs.
