Reporting to the Group CRO, The Group Head of Exposure Management is responsible for establishing and leading a centralised Exposure Management (EM) function, providing a single, authoritative view of underwriting exposure across the Group. As Enstar’s underwriting footprint expands, including increased participation in quota shares, Lloyd’s FAL participations, fronting arrangements and the acquisition of Accident Fund Holdings (AFG), this role is critical to ensuring that underwriting growth is supported by robust aggregation, visibility and control of tail and correlation risks.
