Head of ETF Capital Markets, EMEA

Location: London, UK. The Head of ETF Capital Markets, EMEA will lead Dimensional’s EMEA ETF capital markets team, overseeing the UCITS ETF platform and ensuring competitive market quality. The role requires expertise in ETF capital markets, effective leadership, and relationship‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure competitive ETF market quality in EMEA listings; monitor day‑to‑day ETF market quality including volume, primary flows, premiums/discounts, short interest, borrow positions, and identify trends.
• Work closely with broker‑dealer community to promote efficient primary and secondary market activity in Dimensional UCITS ETFs.
• Lead the design and adaptation of ETF capital‑markets workflows and processes to EMEA markets; manage business processes and operational requirements for the platform, and report on key performance indicators of market quality, flows, and operations to global leadersh...
