About the Company Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk Management to join its expanding risk leadership team.
Key Responsibilities - Own and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework, policies, and governance across the organisation
- Lead risk governance activities including risk appetite, taxonomy, and escalation frameworks
- Oversee ICAAP processes including stress testing, capital planning, and regulatory submissions
- Provide oversight of market risk in partnership with Treasury and second line functions, including monitoring and reporting
- Deliver enterprise risk reporting to senior management and governance committees, including emerging and thematic risk insights
