The Head of Partnerships, EMEA will own OpenAI’s most important partnerships, program and platform efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing a regional partnership strategy that accelerates adoption of OpenAI’s products — across consumer, developer, and B2B channels.

The ideal candidate is a creative, product-minded partnerships leader who can drive strategic partners ranging from global technology players to regional leaders – including consumer, telcos, finserve, OEMs, developer, cloud providers, and B2B channels. This is a deeply cross‑functional role requiring close collaboration with Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Policy teams.

This role is based in our Paris, London, Dublin, or Munich, office. We use a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office) and offer relocation assistance for new employees.
