About the Role
The Head of eCommerce will drive online sales and profitable growth for a portfolio of Cyncly's B2B SaaS products, which are SME-focused and primarily sold via digital channels.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape and deliver the digital commerce strategy for a set of industry-leading products. You will manage day-to-day trading, and also develop plans to increase sales and lifetime value.
What you’ll do:
- Drive the eCommerce trading, sales and growth strategy for a portfolio of B2B SaaS products focused on the SME sector
- Drive sales growth by attracting new customers and also driving upsell amongst the existing installed base
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to put in place quarterly and annual plans to drive performance and achieve trading targets
