As the Head of Ecommerce & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the brands online presence and optimising operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will span strategic leadership in both online and offline trading, as well as overseeing critical operational functions such as inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
